INCLUDED AMONG THE EDUCATIONAL OR CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE CHISHOLM FOUNDATION IS ORGNANIZED ARE (1) TO IMPROVE REAL PROPERTY OF THE CHISHOLM PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM; (2) TO ASSIST EDUCATION IN THE CHISHOLM PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM; (3) TO ASSIST ANY AND ALL SCHOOL SPONSORED SPORTING EVENTS; (4) TO ASSIST ANY SCHOOL ASSOCIATED OR RELATED ACTIVITIES OR CLUBS (BAND, ACADEMICS, AGRICULTURE, ETC); (5) TO PROVIDE ANY SUPPORT NECESSARY OR ADVISABLE WHICH IS CONSISTENT WITH THE ABOVE.
